Mainland UK Delivery

Prices include FREE UK mainland delivery. Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Cornwall and Isles. Quotes can be provided for these exemptions.

Non-Mainland UK Delivery

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Cornwall and Isles will be an additional £75. Any deliveries to Ireland will be an additional cost of £95 per consignment and will be carried out by our specialist third party furniture courier.

International Delivery

We don’t currently ship deliveries overseas, however we are more than happy to deliver to any UK shipping agent. Our office will be able to recommend shipping agents for you.

Delivery Lead Time

Our standard delivery lead time is 4-5 weeks. This given lead time will vary depending on whether it’s a stock item, made to measure or a bespoke item. See below for rough lead times.

  • Stock – 2 weeks
  • Made to order – 4/5 weeks
  • Bespoke – 5+ weeks
  • Non-Mainland – additional 2 weeks

  • Delivery placed in room & assembled where necessary
  • Rubbish taken away and recycled where possible
  • 1 hour prior delivery notice (call/text)

Payment Method

There are three different payments methods when it comes to paying for your order.  All bespoke orders must be paid for in full.

  • 50% deposit – 50% remaining balance upon delivery being booked in
  • 100% payment
  • Cash on delivery (stock items only)

It’s very rare any problems occur, but if they do, we want to make them trouble free and rectify them as quickly as possible.

Return Period

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order you have 14 days to return the item/s from the day of delivery. Notice of returns must be made within 7 days of delivery by the customer.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item 

Any items that are deemed defective, damaged or incorrect upon delivery will be uplifted straight away by our delivery team.

All items returned will be checked as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we may re-charge you for the item/s re-delivery.

Doesn’t fit or unsuitable

If you require an exchange for a different size you can return your original item to us and we will send you your desired size. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer. Under special circumstances and it’s a product that is wanted by popular demand we will exchange and uplift the product for free.

Any orders that are returned to us, regardless of the reason, must reach us in 100% saleable condition. This applies to the product and it’s packaging.
In the unlikely event of a product being returned & the item or packaging is rendered unsaleable at it’s full retail price. We may charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the price at which it was sold.
